workshops, John encourages participants to view nature
without any preconceptions, utilizing all of their senses in
creating images that reflect a participant's unique inner
landscape. John greatly enjoys sharing his extensive
knowledge of the Adirondack Park and its many plant and
animal inhabitants, in the hope of nurturing an appreciation
of the "essence" of our wild spaces that participants will
take away and be able to draw on in their future work.
John has enthusiastically presented his sold-out workshop
programs and lectures in various venues including Cleveland
Botanical Garden, Franklin Park Conservatory, the Fine Arts
Association and Lake Metroparks, in addition to API.
John is
founder and Director of the Adirondack Photography
Institute.
