Nancy Rotenberg is a professional freelance photographer,
writer and educator. Her articles and photographs have
appeared in numerous magazines, calendars, greeting cards,
advertisements and books throughout the world including
Adirondack Life, Country Gardens, Garden Design,
Hallmark Cards, Inner Reflections Calendars, Outdoor
Photographer, PhotoWorld, Renaissance Greeting Cards
and both Nikon and Canon publications. Nancy is co-author of
two books, Capturing Nature’s Intimate Landscape
and How to Photograph Close-Ups in Nature. She is
currently at work on three more, including The Creative
Process. In
addition to her work with the Adirondack Photography
Institute, she has taught workshops for Rocky Mountain
School of Photography.
Nancy’s goal as an instructor is to encourage
participants to create visual statements that go beyond
documentation, to photograph intimately and with feeling. Nancy brings creative vision and enthusiasm for the natural
world and people to her workshops.
